It has been a while since my last publishing;  this is happening because of lack of time, but i promise i will be more active in the future.

One thing, you probably have noticed is a new area on our blog, and more exactly the Portfolio page where you can see a lot of examples of completed jobs (both web design and html/css slicing). Yes, that is one of the reason i have neglected this blog; i have put a lot of effort in working as a freelancer, and developed a lot of html/css and web design work, and simply didn’t had time to publish anything. Yeah, there are a lot of works in there, and you know what… , that is not even close to the entire works i have completed.

Anyway, i will continue to post from time to time there nice/interesting works. The intent is to have an showcase of completed jobs, an online portfolio, there you can see my web design abilities and my coding principles and code quality.

I have faced a strange problem these days when creating a html website from a interesting design. The problem was that the website content looked like jumping left-right when going through pages. This was very annoying problem, and especially happened in Mozilla Firefox and more often in Google Chrome. The problem is that the browser detects after the entire page was loaded if vertical scroll bars are needed to be rendered.

Here is the solution i have found and what solved my problem:

Put these instructions in your page css style:

html {
     overflow-y: scroll !important;
}

What this does? In fact it forces the page to always display vertical scroll bars, even when it wasn’t needed. Adding the instruction to always render scroll bars the browser knows this from the very begining and does not adds the scrollbars at the end of page loading.
