This is my second post on Jquery, it came from an need to create a map for a client. The idea it was to have a map, and when hover a certain area that area is highlighted; You can also click on an area, and that area remains selected;

You can see in the preview below what i mean:

To create this map, you simply need to follow the steps below:

1) Have the entire region map in one color – the basic color:

2) Slice the regions – having the hover color: – note that this picture bust be with transparent background, and same dimensions as the entire picture; this is crucial for map functioning.

3) Repeat the above step for the rest of the regions

4) Define the image map for the whole picture:

A fellow of mine asked me to create him a nice t-shirt with the text “I don’t need Google, my wife knows them all”. An statement that is “always” true, who says is not true, it is just an liar

Hello my dear readers, my dear web manicasa; for a long time now i haven’t published much of works, but as you see i managed to grab some time an actually do something.

I recently was truing to see if i can create an nail polish bottle. I have scrapped the internet, trying to find any useful images/resources and maybe psd that represent an nail polish bottle.  I was surprised to see that you can have many to choose from, there are few of them but you have to pay for them. Then i have decided to spend some time to create one myself; and this was an good exercise for me. Just look at the result i got; pretty well i could say. Off course i have decided to give this work further, so that everybody can benefit from it, and maybe make it better. Just let me know how is it, and what you have done with it.
