Some of my readers have suggested to create an Photoshop action, in order to automatize the creation of the photo frame effect. So i have spent few minutes in order to create this action for my readers.
To be clear i have created the Photoshop action which will produce this:

Great job, but how does it know what we want to be in the frame?
In fact.
The frame content is created by doing an square selection from the foto (if you see the black and white background).I have used an trick, it extracts one part of the photo, and creates the frame for it.
In fact that it is called frame effect, because it is the same picture, not other picture inside that frame.
